Who Is TabTrade - Launched March 2026, Here Is the Deal

Tab Trade - What It Is

Tab Trade went live in Q1 2026. CFD broker based in Saint Lucia, regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the FMA-regulated broker.

That last detail tells you something. It says the founder is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. It is more reassuring than someone with no brokerage experience.

They launched with execution through Equinix servers. Same data centres banks and hedge funds use. Usually a new brokerage leads with marketing and bonuses. TabTrade led with infrastructure. Unusual for a new broker.

What you can trade: FX, indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, crypto, ETFs. A wide spread. For a platform that launched in March 2026, that coverage is not narrow.

What You Trade On

Available: MT5, cTrader by Spotware, and a WebTrader. Both platforms from one account. Many pick one platform. Having both makes a difference. Pick what suits your style.

MT5 is the default. Full charting, EAs, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have used a MetaQuotes platform before, it is familiar territory.

cTrader by Spotware is the cleaner option. Better depth of market. Smoother chart interaction. Native automated trading. A lot of traders find it more natural after using both.

Direct FIX connectivity is there for algo traders but requires the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is said to be on the roadmap. That should be a good addition when it lands.

Accounts and Pricing

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. Commission-free. Straightforward. Zero deposit requirement. Good for anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge account. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On liquid pairs, the actual interbank spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. So your real cost can sit under half a pip. That is hard to beat for an offshore broker. Most platforms that run raw pricing at this level require a minimum deposit. Tab Trade has no minimum.

VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, execution under 20ms, tailored rates. Not something most retail traders. Ignore this one unless you move real size.

How Fast Are the Fills

This is where this broker separates from most new launches. Equinix LD4/LD5. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. Those are not marketing fluff. The average platform quote a much wider range.

Does this affect you? If you scalp, it does. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is catching the move or missing it. If you swing trade, you probably will not feel it. But the fact that they invested in proper execution. That signals what kind of broker this is.

Put together that execution speed with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and what you get holds up. Few brokers with no minimum deposit offer execution like this.

Safety

Now, the part that matters. The broker is regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No ASIC. No fund protection scheme. If that is a problem for you, look elsewhere. Plenty of FCA-regulated options out there.

However. Benjamin Boulter came from BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The server placement is not cheap. Scam brokers do not pay for tier-1 data centre access. This does not make it safe. It should inform your decision.

The deal: you give up tier-1 protection. In exchange: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether that works depends on you.

The Bonus

TabTrade offers a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Usual sign-up bonus. You fund your account, they credit extra capital. The normal fine print: minimum lots traded before bonus funds can be taken out. Read the conditions before you commit.
